This spectacular house is one of the most incredible in all of Valparaiso, a city famous for its fascinating architecture.
Built in the shape of a ship in the late 1800s, it is one of just two “Casas Crucero” in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cerro Concepcion and Alegre, Valparaiso-the city’s safest and coolest area, surrounded by boutique hotels, fantastic restaurants and shops and galleries.

There is simply no other house in Valparaiso with the same incredible views and characteristics as this. No other property has been renovated to such a high and exacting standard. Properties with no views and in appalling condition are on the market for similar prices.
The property is free of taxes due to its location in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
